Climate Action Tracker
The Climate Action Tracker (CAT) is an independent scientific tool that assesses government climate action against Paris Agreement goals. Developed by Climate Analytics and NewClimate Institute, it evaluates climate pledges and policies of 32 countries, representing about 80% of global emissions. The CAT provides up-to-date analysis of national commitments, implemented policies, and fair share contributions, offering insights into global progress towards limiting warming to well below 2°C and pursuing 1.5°C
